On this coming Saturday, Nov. 21, at 2 PM, two members of the Starks family will be received into the Orthodox Church: Lukas by Holy Baptism, and Trevor by Holy Chrismation. We rejoice that we are able to celebrate these Holy Mysteries, notwithstanding the challenges of COVID. But we know this means that not all are able to attend in person. As we have arranged with all our services in the church, we plan to stream the service online. On that day, the feast of the Entrance into the Temple of the Theotokos and Ever-Virgin Mary, may the Lord grant them (and mother Christine Shanahan) many blessed years!
